سورة طه
Surah Name: Taha Meaning: Ta ha
وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَكَانَ لِزَامًا وَأَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى Walawla kalimatun sabaqat min rabbika lakana lizaman waajalun musamma(n) And had not a word gone forth from your Rabb-SWT and a term determined, it must necessarily have come. (20:129) |
Fa(i)sbir AAala ma yaqooloona wasabbih bihamdi rabbika qabla tulooAAi a(l)shshamsi waqabla ghuroobiha wamin anai allayli fasabbih waatrafa a(l)nnahari laAAallaka tarda So bear you patiently with what they say, and hallow the praise of your Rabb-SWT before sunrise and before sunset, and hallow Him-SWT in parts of the night and the ends of the day, so that you be pleased. (20:130) |
Wala tamuddanna AAaynayka ila ma mattaAAna bihi azwajan minhum zahrata alhayati a(l)ddunya linaftinahum feehi warizqu rabbika khayrun waabqa And do not strain your eyes after what We-SWT have given pairs of them to enjoy: the splendour of the life of this world, that We-SWT might try them therein; and the provision of your Rabb-SWT is the best and most lasting. (20:131) |
Wamur ahlaka bi(al)ssalati wa(i)stabir AAalayha la nasaluka rizqan nahnu narzuquka wa(a)lAAaqibatu li(l)ttaqwa And bid your household for Salat and persevere you therein. We-SWT do not ask any provision of you; it is We-SWT Who-SWT provide you. The happy end is for piety. (20:132) |
Waqaloo lawla yateena biayatin min rabbihi awalam tatihim bayyinatu ma fee a(l)ssuhufi aloola And they say: why does he not bring us a Sign from his Rabb-SWT ? Has not there come to them the fulfilment of what is in the former Scriptures? (20:133) |
Walaw anna ahlaknahum biAAathabin min qablihi laqaloo rabbana lawla arsalta ilayna rasoolan fanattabiAAa ayatika min qabli an nathilla wanakhza And had We-SWT destroyed them with a torment before it, they would have said our Rabb-SWT ! Why did You-SWT not send us a Messenger that we might have followed Your-SWT Signs before we were disgraced and humiliated? (20:133) |
Qul kullun mutarabbisun fatarabbasoo fasataAAlamoona man ashabu a(l)ssirati a(l)ssawiyyi wamani ihtada Say you: everyone is on the watch; so watch on, and soon you shall know who are the fellows of the even path and who has let himself be guided (20:134) |
